About Captured Soul Photography
We are a team of photographers that absolutely love love. And laughing. And sharing amazing celebrations. We love capturing your smiles, your uncle John’s dance moves, the shy tear that quickly gets wiped away, and your flower girl asleep in the corner at the end of your reception. We know where to be and when to get that shot. And if you’re nervous about being in front of a camera, we can help show you all the “tricks” that make you comfortable. We always attempt to capture the best, most true side of you and your partner, the details, your guests, and your celebration. And you will end up with hundreds (upon hundreds) of hand-edited photos that you will love that tell your story of your amazing day.
Captured Soul Photography was started by myself (Michelle) in 2006. Eight years later, I’ve personally shot over 130 weddings and continue to shoot local and destination weddings, engagements, portraits, and the odd CD jacket sleeve. In 2010, I took on an intern/protégé and the lovely and bubbly Lindsay Soetemans has been shooting solo under the Captured Soul umbrella for the past two years. This fall, (2014) we have brought on the very wonderful & talented Luc Frechette as the newest member of our team along with his fabulous second shooter Tania, and the fantastic wife & husband team of Katerina & Eugene. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome on Luc & Tania and Katerina & Eugene this year to the Captured Soul family.
We are building Captured Soul Photography to be the place you not only find talented photographers for your wedding, but to have photographers with the knowledge and personality that make your day fabulous, fun, carefree, and memorable for all the right reasons.
